About Bryony Shaw

The work begins when we name what is unseen.

I help people discover a deeper truth of themselves and begin to live from it.

I am Bryony, a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology. My doctoral research focused on dreamwork: specifically the Ullman method and its measurable effects on mood, creativity, problem-solving and self-understanding. That research is where the name Everything Dreaming comes from. What I found, again and again, was that the unconscious is not mysterious or inaccessible. It is simply waiting for the right conditions to speak.

Who this is for:

This is for anyone who senses there is more going on beneath the surface than they have yet been able to name. You do not need to be in crisis. You do not need a diagnosis. You just need a dream and a willingness to look at it with openness and curiosity.

Depth over quick fixes

We stay with what the dream is actually saying, not what you hoped it was saying. That takes patience and a particular kind of attention. The results are worth it.

The unconscious as a resource

Dreams, images and body states carry information that the waking mind often cannot access directly. Learning to work with them changes the relationship you have with your own inner life.

From insight to real change

Understanding a dream is not the end point; it is the beginning. What changes is how you move through the world when you are no longer operating from the unseen.

How I Work

My approach draws on depth psychology, transpersonal research and years of clinical practice. I work with what your inner world is already trying to show you through dreams, images, and the places where language runs out. The thread running through all of it is the same: the unconscious, when given the right conditions, already knows the way.
